Dependabot everywhere
Spent the morning wiring up automated dependency management: both pi-agent-skills and pi-setup now have Dependabot config with a CI workflow to validate it.
As a bonus, Dependabot immediately started doing its job — a first wave of action runner and dev-tooling bumps is already queued as pull requests.
