Jordi López — About me.

I'm a Senior Frontend Lead. I've been building things for the web for 20+ years, mostly with CSS, design systems, and accessible UI libraries. I enjoy turning complicated requirements into things that feel simple, polished, and easy to use. These days I work with Vue, React, and other modern frameworks.

I like seeing projects through from the first idea to the final deployment — figuring out what needs building, writing the code, reviewing it, testing it, and getting it shipped. I've led small teams (4–10 people) and helped developers grow. I'm also building Pi Agent-based AI workflows for the heavier lifting, with an explicit human approval checkpoint before anything lands.

Since 2022 I've been at Screenful, where I built the in-house UI library, implemented the testing strategy and the CI/CD pipeline from scratch, and led the Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration.

Before that, seven years at Hanzo leading frontend across agency projects for global brands — I've led and contributed to the UI libraries behind design systems for Banco Santander, Mapfre, Pull & Bear, Meliá Hotels, Standard Chartered, and Bulgari amongst others.
